Lifestream Spa & Boutique of Fort Lauderdale came to life in January of 2010 and is the creation of husband and wife owners, Sonja & Michael Williams. Sonja has 25+ years of experience in the spa industry and knows what it takes to take care of each customer one at a time. Michael’s 30+ years of knowledge comes from managing high end restaurants and construction projects where his attention to detail is right on. These strong backgrounds have come together to create a Day Spa & boutique that has a unique and serene interior and exceptional service that focuses on the needs of its clients. Throughout its years of operation, Lifestream Spa & Boutique and its staff have tailored to perfection an unrivaled spa experience from beginning to end.

Cancellation Policy: In the case that you need to cancel a reservation, we require 24 hour notice for individual services and packages. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours may be billed 50%. No Shows and no calls will be billed 100% of the appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment. Appointments reserved for the same day are considered confirmed and cannot be cancelled without possible penalties. .
Reservations: Encouraged in advance ensuring your preferred treatment time. Walk-ins are always welcome, based on availability. Reservations must be secured with a major credit card and telephone number.
Arrival: Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals will end at the regularly scheduled time without rate adjustment. All guests please check-in at the front reception desk.
On your first visit: Please arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled appointment. You will be asked to fill out a brief, confidential intake form to better assist your therapist in providing the best service possible.
No Cell Phones: All guests please refrain from using cell phones in Lifestream.
Gratuities: Lifestream doesn’t add gratuity to any services or packages It is customary and greatly appreciated to give to your therapist at your discretion (20% is customary).
Gift Certificates: Perfect for any occasion and the perfect way to introduce someone to the benefits of spa/fitness services. They can be made for any denomination amount and NEVER EXPIRE.
